About This Title
Weapon (any crossbow), uncommon
Your normal range with this weapon is doubled if it's fired from dim light or darkness, up to a maximum normal range of 120 feet.
Summon Swarm. You can speak the weapon's command word as part of making an attack with it against a creature. On a hit, a swarm of bats appears in the same space as the target. The swarm remains for 1 minute or until either it or the target is reduced to 0 hit points. For the duration, the swarm remains in the target's space (following it if it moves). The swarm has no turns of its own, but it makes a Bite attack against the target at the start of each of the target's turns. If the target teleports away from the swarm or is transported to a different plane of existence, the swarm disappears. Once a swarm appears in this way, this property can't be used again until the next dusk.
From the darkness I strike. Silent, but all-seeing.
