Here is Jasmine's full first session! She had actually started exploring trance only a week or two before our session, and she turned out to be a remarkable subject. She really liked the idea of being a dog as well and did the session in a large dog bed, so there's an extended scene of her becoming a puppy.List of Suggestions:

I start by relaxing her

I guide her into trance for the first time (3 minutes)

She becomes frozen in place like a statue whenever I say the trigger word FREEZE

She drops into trance anytime I say the trigger word SLEEP

I wake her and freeze her as I guide her back down into trance (14 minutes)

She finds herself slowly freezing from her toes up to her head as I say the trigger SLOW FREEZE (21 minutes)

She's slowly frozen again (25 minutes)

She's dropped all the way into trance (27 minutes)

She finds her mouth and tongue becoming increasingly numb each time I say the trigger word NUMB, but she also feels it in her mind (30 minutes)

She slowly becomes a puppy (36 minutes)

She becomes a cat (40 minutes)

She becomes a chicken (43 minutes)

She becomes a puppy (46 minutes)

She becomes a chicken (48 minutes)

I guide her back down into trance while she still thinks she's a chicken (50 minutes)

She feels like she's slowly turning to jelly as I say the trigger word JELLY (55 minutes)

She slowly becomes rigid as I say the trigger word RIGID (56 minutes)

She turns to jelly (58 minutes)

She feels as if she's being inflated each time I blow into my mic as she's turned into a mindless doll (1 hour 2 minutes)

She repeats she's an "empty doll" and she doesn't need a brain while she's still a doll (1 hour 4 minutes)

She becomes completely rigid as a doll (1 hour 5 minutes)

Her hand becomes a snake with a mind of its own, and that snake easily entrances her and turns her completely into a snake (1 hour 10 minutes)

The snake becomes numb as I entrance her (1 hour 14 minutes)

She tries to keep her eyes open as I guide her down into trance (1 hour 15 minutes)

Her eyes roll and cross as her tongue sticks out and her mind goes blank each time I say the trigger BLANK (1 hour 18 minutes)

I guide her back down into trance (1 hour 24 minutes)

She finds her body becomes locked in place when I say BODY FREEZE, but while stuck she feels tickled all over when I say TICKLE and a wave of pleasure each time I say PLEASURE (1 hour 28 minutes)

She becomes numb while her body is frozen and stuck as I guide her into a trance (1 hour 33 minutes)

I build her up to a release of pleasure while her body is still frozen (1 hour 35 minutes)

Her body is frozen and she experiences another pleasure release (1 hour 36 minutes)

She becomes a puppy (1 hour 37 minutes)

I guide the puppy into trance (1 hour 41 minutes)
