投稿遅くなってしまいすいません..！
今回の前半部分は催眠というより睡眠よりな内容でした。
読んでいたら眠くなる本ってどういう感じだろうかと思って調べていたら某読み聞かせの絵本が話題になってたなーと思い出して一度読んでみました。
ここで題名を言うのはあれなのでうさぎの絵本とだけ言っておきます。
思ったより暗示文のような内容が沢山あってちょっと驚きでした笑
寝かしつけには大変良い本だと思います。

The first half of this story was more about sleep than hypnosis.
I wondered what kind of book makes people sleepy while reading, so I looked it up and remembered a certain bedtime story picture book that was trending. I decided to give it a read.
I think it's best not to mention the title here, so I'll just call it “The Rabbit Picture Book.”
I was a bit surprised to find it contained more hypnotic suggestion-like content than I expected.
I think it's an excellent book for putting children to sleep.
