Age Regression — a Little & Caregiver mod for The Sims 4
Turn any Sim (Teen through Elder) into a carefree little, pair them with a caregiver, and share cozy moments, all from one clean pie menu. It's appearance-and-behavior only (no real life-stage change), fully save-safe, and works on your household and townies.
What it does
Regress into a Little — Click a Sim → Age Regression → Regress. A Playful moodlet takes over and nudges them toward carefree fun. Lasts ~8 in-game hours with a visible countdown, wears off on its own, or end early with Restore Age. Saves and resumes after a reload.
Set a Little Name — Give your little a cute nickname via a text box; it shows in their moodlet + pop-ups. Cosmetic, no real renaming.
Assign a Caregiver — Pick a caregiver from an in-game Sim picker. Near them → the little feels Safe & Snug (and the caregiver gets Doting Caregiver). Apart too long → a fussy Where's my Caregiver?
Caregiver interactions — Comfort My Little, Read a Bedtime Story, Praise My Little, each with its own moodlet.
Animated "Hold My Little" — a fully custom two-Sim animation: the caregiver holds their little, legs wrapped, arms around the neck, swaying together. Hand-animated from scratch. ~1 Sim-hour, both end up cozy.

Install
Enable Script Mods (Game Options → Other).
Drop the AgeRegression package and ageregressionhold and .script files into your Mods folder.
Launch and click a Sim for the Age Regression menu.
