Hi everyone!
I’ve disappeared again for a while. The main reason is that I’m currently personally working on fixes for TLK and not touching any new content myself, so it’s hard to post anything when all I’m doing is balancing and bug fixes. What’s happening in development right now and what’s coming next?
We originally made the Tsunade Scroll for several updates ahead, so it will be updated regularly — a new build will probably come out next month.
My programmer and writer are working on the first Magic Lessons demo. I can’t even believe how much time all of this is taking. I probably won’t survive if nobody ends up liking the game in the end, hahaha (nervously).
As I wrote before, I’m personally working on preparing TLK for release. The ending is already ready, I still need to redo her outfit (which the previous post was about), and I’m trying to fix the problems that appeared because we didn’t make it all at once, but kept updating it for a very long time, adding mechanics, etc. The game currently has a very strange balance, and I’m trying to fix that. People are still writing to me about some issues in a few scenes — I’ll try to upload a fix in the next few days.
Most likely the order of the next builds will be:
1. A small Tsunade Scroll update with new events.
2. The new Magic Lessons map build.
3. Another Tsunade Scroll update.
4. The first full Magic Lessons demo.
5. TLK release (I still can’t believe this is finally going to happen, but let’s hope).
It’s hard to imagine that we’ll finally finish this game — I’m not even sure I want that. What do you guys think, what kind of DLC could still be made for it?
