About This Title
Rounding out our devil finding trio is Myrna: she's not the cute bubbly one, she's not the cool conflicted one, but she sure is the third one, and in this case third place isn't bad! Every group needs its "other one", and there have been some great ones over the years: Ringo Starr, José Carreras, Donatello. The service they provide is subtle but crucial: they plump up the numbers, make duos into trios, give more important characters someone else to talk to, make sure there's another action figure to collect, the list goes on. There's nothing wrong with being the one whose name casual viewers struggle to recall, a third wheel provides stability, security, and a strong foundation upon which to build. Spare tires, we salute you!
Once again I have to admit that I know very little about this franchise, so I don't know for sure if Myrna here is a third wheel or not, but I strongly suspect based on the promotional material and fanart that I've seen that she is. That's why I did her last, which is also why I think she's the best drawn of the three, so she's go that going for her. Just a note about the pose and its similarity to Roomy's: believe it or not, I made up Roomy's pose when I couldn't find one that suited me. When it came time to do Myrna, I found I was up against a bit of a time crunch and just decided to duplicate the pose from the reference image I was using. In that reference she had a staff weapon thing across her back which I deleted because -y'know- time crunch, and much to my surprise when I looked up Roomy's pic to do the background discovered that it was almost the identical pose except mirrored. Well at that point it was much too late to change it, so I just did the background and popped it into my buffer. Sometimes it do be like that.
