Our supporter vote for August said we'd get a pack of Stars spells, so let's check 'em out!
Astral Armor is a bit of a tough niche to write, the mid-level individual defense spell: this one finds its niche by putting attacks at disadvantage, potentially blinding attackers, and using a unique timer of reducing its own AC bonus. Starfire Beam is an orbital death laser, because every game needs orbital death lasers. Starlight is a niche buff spell but should work well in certain party compositions or against enemies with radiant weaknesses. Shooting Stars is a new Spells That Don't Suck entry — it streamlines Melf's Minute Meteors, and importantly, creates a CC-licensed version. Starlight Sword is a big f-you weapon spell, because those are always fun. And Starburst aims to be a sidegrade to Shatter, dealing less damage up front but with an afterburst on the second round.
