HenkSims - Tech69 Office Building
About This Title
The Tech69 office building is owned by Nick Strauss and this is also his home. The building was up for demolition but he saw the potential and it had a great location so he bought it right away. He has since renovated it and he is pretty happy with his job.
The entrance floor is rented out to a Starbucks and a grocery store meaning he can do everything in the comfort of his new home, both work, shop for groceries and have a cup of java without leaving his house. He has also seen to it to remake the old parking garage under the building to a combined gym/relax area with pools. This area is open to everyone working in the building for free.
To the specs. Entrance floor has as mentioned a Starbucks and a grocery store aswell as a lobby area with an art exhibit. There are four elevators that reach both the sub level and the two upper levels with offices. One elevator goes to the penthouse and is only open for Nick. The first and second floor contains offices and the top floor has Nicks penthouse with a private balcony. The sub level has two pools, chainging rooms, a jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym.
Lot size: 40x30 Price furnished: 438.530 Simoleons.
