About This Title
Man I keep getting locked into all these giant spreads lol. It turns out very few of the story beats of Tempest's flashback fit comfortably in one normal sized page.
Special thanks to Slim Reapin and his multiple save files on the TRW visual novel here. My original scripts for it are long since scattered and lost so it's difficult for me to reference specific details from it when I need them. Details such as Warren specifically saying he was driving home when he saw Tempest from the road, or what exact words Isaac said when he introduced himself.
I need a name for that guardian body salesman. Something that ends in "O." Mezmo? Lazlo? I can't think of how he would ever come up again but I like him. Had to put some thought into guardian fashion here. I realize that since they have snake bodies that puts them in the Donald Duck brand of "tops only" attire. If you'll forgive a tangent, when Mazmo (nailed it) calls Tempest a pretty lady, I like the idea that he's not just flattering her to make a sale. I like the concept that Tempest IS really sexy by guardian standards. But what would those standards be, exactly? She's a glowing orb perched atop an androgynous anthro-snake body. Bodies that her kind can change at will. Even if she was somehow a particularly sexy orb, she's wearing a mask, man.
Right now I'm liking the idea that guardians perceive color and light differently. And Tempest has a sexy glow shining through that mask. Meanwhile we're almost caught up! Next week it's Nurse time in the story! :)
