Okay, so a lot has been done in the last month and since we're approaching the end of the year, the crunch to public release is starting to pinch me.
Here's the general plan going forward. This last update I managed to squeeze in a lot of new content for a lot of character. Joanne, Stephanie, Annalise, Roxanne, Olivia all got some new interactions as well as Teresa being finally properly introduced.
Scenario poll goals were met, even if I had to rush a bit, but I feel pretty good about the results.
So, going forward, in order to get this public release out, I am going back to focusing almost exclusively on bug fixes, mechanics sharpening, and wrapping up the necessary story changes to make a coherent build. Right now, the story is kind of a mess, as some of you have noticed. Planned early game changes to improve story beats and pacing are incomplete. quests are incomplete, whole areas have been left unfinished for a long time now and the main quest is still hanging unfinished with Roxanne and the Gazebo.
That means scenario polls for the rest of the month are going to be heavily simplified so that I can focus the majority of my attention of wrapping this all up in a nice bow.
This also means an end of November public release date is unlikely. An end of December release date is also a bit of a pipe-dream. A more realistic public release date is end of January, but as we wrap up Thanksgiving and go into December, I will be able to provide a more firm release window.
So, that's almost everything. A few other small updates is that I plan to release 0.3x on itch.io when it comes out and I will also be uploading dev-builds straight to the patreon for patron only members. I had been obscuring the links behind discord for... reasons, but as more supporter have joined, it has been harder to field the growing number of people who simply cannot or do not want to join a discord server just for a download link.
