ElMamoru - Gambit - Marvel Rivals [MODEL]

ElMamoru - Gambit - Marvel Rivals [MODEL]

infoAbout This Title

This model is a commission... or something like that, it was a donation which I took as a commission.

This model also has two types of rig, the MHX rig and the Rigify rig, which are clearly separated from each other

Well, this model uses a Rigify rig and also uses Diffeomorphic 5.2.0. The latter is mainly so you can use facial and genital morphs more comfortably. This model won't have the problems that previous ones had in the latest versions of Blender and uses a Rigify rig, hehe

If you use the .blend with the MHX rig version, it uses version 5.2.0, just like Diffeomorphic

Diffeomorphic official page

Both models, Gambit mhx and Gambit rigify, are in the same folder. You can choose which one to use, and as always, you will need the latest version of mhx (5.2.0.)

The model was created in Blender 5.2.0, but it can be used without any issues in Blender 5.0. At most, a warning will pop up stating that some data may be lost, but other than that, there’s nothing to worry about.

This model is the same as the previous models with custom properties to enable and disable clothing, hair, and the only difference is that in its new interface, the penis mask is separate and activated independently for more convenient use with certain garments.

It also has a new interface where you'll have easy access to clothing, hair, and other additions for your models (skin masks are automatically activated with each garment; if you want a mask not to activate with that garment, simply remove the controller, and you can then use the clothing and skin underneath for any type of render you want to do).

AND FOR THE FIRST TIME, A MODEL WITH TWO CHOICES OF GENITALS IN THE SAME MODEL

Also, you'll notice that the MHX rig .blend file contains a Text Editor window. That window is there to run a .py script that adds the new bone groups to the MHX rig interface, specifically for the separated vagina bones and the default coat bones.

This only applies to the MHX rig. Rigify doesn't need it because those bone groups are added to the interface automatically.

Running the .py script is completely optional, it's just there for convenience. If you don't want to use it, you can simply delete the Text Editor window and manually show or hide those bones either from the Armature Data bone collections

or from the clothing panel in the interface. There's also an additional panel for the rigs there, which works exactly like it does in standard Blender

Below you'll find a video showing how to run that .py script and how to tell when it's active.

Keep in mind that you'll need to do this every time you open the MHX .blend file, including any files you save using that rig.

ONLY IF YOU WANT TO. REMEMBER, IT IS NOT REQUIRED OR ESSENTIAL FOR THE MODEL TO WORK PROPERLY. IT'S JUST A CONVENIENCE FEATURE.
