A quick heads-up that may be helpful:

EA's latest game update has caused an issue with roofs that can make them display incorrectly. The Sims Team has confirmed that a fix is expected in a new patch on July 21st. If you haven't updated to PC/Mac: 1.125 yet, you may want to keep this in mind and consider playing offline until the fix is released.

Since the Penthouse isn't affected by the roof issue...

I thought I'd share it with you first. I hope you enjoy it while we wait for EA's fix, and I'll be sharing my other builds as soon as everything is working properly again!
