Sup all you glorious people! I hope you all had nice and/or chill weekends. Mine was both nice and chill - didn't do much aside from work on this DDD.
Actually, baring any unexpected setbacks (please god I hope I didn't just jinx myself), this should be the last DDD update on this particular artist. Damn!
I hope you all enjoyed this journey with me. Let's bring it home...
WHERE WE'RE AT NOW
The Beach Boys!
Last week, I confirmed that the script was done and I was about to start editing the video. This week, I can confirm new things!
I'm happy to say that the first 90 minutes of the video are pretty much all set. That covers everything from the band's start to around 1975 (i.e. 15 Big Ones). That leaves about 10ish sections left - the albums from Love You to That's Why God Made The Radio, plus a wrapup section that talks about Smile's two versions. Despite the number of albums, those sections should move quicker than the late 60s and early 70s albums.
In case you're wondering though, yes - at this rate, the video will likely be over two hours and thus the longest DDD I've ever done. Pray for me.

Like last week's update, this update is gonna be on the shorter side. Apologies for that, but at this point, spending any time not finishing the video means potentially delaying it. I'm willing to bet you don't want that, and I sure as hell don't.
But as a small tease of what's to come, here's the fully edited prologue section:
You might remember that I shared the script for this section a few weeks back. I hope getting to see that and then how it was realized in video is interesting, and perhaps even cool!
