About This Title
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)
This small leather satchel was once used as a witch's component pouch for her spells. It can still be used as such, although it's also pierced by six magic needles that function as darts. A creature hit with a thrown dart takes an extra 1d6 poison damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. When you hit a creature that you poisoned in this way with an attack, it takes an extra 1d6 necrotic damage. A poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature that succeeds on the saving throw against this effect is immune to it for the next 24 hours.
Hit or miss, a thrown dart turns to sulphuric ash after the attack. 1d6 missing darts reappear piercing the pouch daily at dawn.
By the pricking of thy skin;A pox I lay upon, within.Body stricken, sickened much;Rot and fester at my touch.
