I had intended more characters and animations, but during the entire process I've been changing the workflow (and trying to catch up on comfyui updates, things kept breaking on a daily basis as new updates kept coming in with compatibility issues).
Spent most of my time trying to find ways to speed things up without losing quality or consistency. Some are 5-10/15 seconds long.
Trying to get native resolution higher with longer clips before upscale.
