About This Title
Over the last two years, I’ve been lucky enough to spend time with some of the best musicians and guitarists in the world. The best players don’t necessarily practice MORE. They practice with a purpose.
So for this week’s lesson, I turned the biggest things I learned into a brand new 30-minute practice system you can start using today:

The workout is divided into 5 focused sections:
01 CONTROLBuild clean synchronization and precision
02 SPEEDTrain higher speeds without introducing unnecessary tension
03 WEAKNESSExpose the movements that are actually holding you back and attack them directly
04 APPLICATIONStop sounding like you’re practicing exercises and turn your technique into actual music
05 PROGRESSFinish with a 60-second benchmark so you can actually track whether you’re improving
I recorded slow + fast demonstrations and put together the complete package with the tabs and a new Workbook so you can follow the entire routine from beginning to end.
My recommendation: do this workout consistently instead of constantly jumping between new exercises. Write down your benchmark, stick with the routine, and test yourself again.
Let’s see what happens when you stop practicing randomly and start practicing with a purpose
