About This Title
Dear Patron,
I'm delighted to share the premiere of England's Greatest Naval Disaster - The Medway Raid. This is an overlooked but dramatic and important clash of the Anglo-Dutch Wars, largely forgotten in England today (I wonder why!)
This topic was the winner in our Patreon poll back in June, and Editor Josh has been hard at work researching and animating de Ruyter's daring attack, with help from our own resident Dutchman Eddy the Editor, plus brilliant 3D work from David, and guidance from historical consultant Andrew Lambert, Laughton Professor of Naval History at King's College London.
While you're here, a quick update on The Hundred Days Episode 3: Waterloo: in order to do justice to the iconic battle, and make sure every detail is as perfect as Patrick can make it, we've decided to push the release back 2 weeks. We're confident the delay will be worth it...
That's all for now. We hope you enjoy The Medway Raid, and we'll be back with more production updates and a big poll next week!
Toby
