Remember when I said there was supposed to be a Patreon exclusive for the Silent Hill animation, but it got called off?

Well, here it is! I said to myself it would definitely be a huge missed opportunity if the nurses didn't use their slimy, oily tongues to poke Heather's hot dog, so after I released the Silent Hill animation in Early Access, I immediately started working on this exclusive.

I tried to make that shooting cum effect in the X-ray version, but I'm having a lot of problems timing it with the cum simulation, and time was running out. Perhaps that effect is for another time.
