With that reminder taken care of, today it's time for the second Displaced Hero release of the month! While it may only be two chapters, they are hefty ones, amounting to just shy of 10,500 words. Which brings the total word count for the month almost exactly on target :-).
Izuku deals with politics, and we peek in on what quite a few others have been up to. Much of which sets the stage for the next major arc/confrontation, which will thankfully be more space battle than the ground slog of Geonosis. It's also set to happen on a much more fun-to-visit world, so it won't be all battle, either ;-). Still, that's for next month, for now enjoy the setup and the many perspectives included.
The image, by the by, is to represent Vy...who is the former Governor of Tythe and current Chairman/Chairwomen of the Council of Free Stars. She's been mentioned off-hand several times, but chapter 147 is the first time we see actual interaction with her, so I figured an image to go along with that was appropriate! While she's a Twi'lek, I wanted to go with one of their more common colors for her, instead of a Rutian like Aayla, which is the second rarest (with red being the rarest of all, if I remember correctly).
As always, new stuff is attached to the post. Also, since this is the last update of Displaced Hero for July, I will be updating the Master Files in the pinned post shortly.
