The Murkthief is not actually one single person, but rather a title passed down from master to apprentice. Despite their shadowy countenance, the Murkthief is a force of righteousness, striking from the shadows to bring justice to those who cannot fight for themselves. Among other things, they employ the fabled Murktools to disable, incapacitate or otherwise keep foes out of the fight, and rely on their wits and wile rather than raw might to prevail in their crusade against evil.
The current Murkthief was thrust into this position when their former master was slain by Mr. Purrson during a botched heist. Hoping to live up to the legacy, the new Murkthief is wholly inexperienced, but has a strong desire to bring the fight to ne’er-do-wells.
Tactics If an aggressor picks a fight with the Murkthief, she will attempt to parlay with them. Should they continue their aggression, she will attempt to disable or incapacitate as many as possible before going in for the kill.
