Hey everyone,
v0.2 of Arielle’s Descent: Arcane Academy is officially public! If you’ve been curious about the project but haven’t jumped in yet, this is the perfect place to start. Welcome to the Aurelius Academy.

Arielle’s Descent is an adult corruption RPG built in RPG Maker MZ. You play as Arielle Valemont, a proud young noblewoman whose family is quietly losing its political standing.
She arrives at the prestigious Aurelius Academy of Magic with a fading name, a job to pay her way, and a “protective ward” from a trusted family friend.
That ward is not what she was told it was.
What’s in v0.2
The Full Daily Loop — Arielle’s days follow a real routine:
Morning: attend classes at the academy
Afternoon: work to earn her keep
Night: explore the academy and town
34 animations, up from 13 in the first build
The complete prologue and Arielle’s introduction to academy life
A Note on Corruption
Arielle starts out as the proper, sheltered noblewoman she was raised to be, so early scenes are deliberately low corruption. Her fall means more when you’ve seen where she started.
It doesn’t stay that way for long.
