About This Title
Are you bothered when your MEGA links get casually shared on other sites? Renewing links can make old reposted links stop working, but keeping your own posts up to date can be tedious. I built two Windows apps to automate that repetitive work and save creators time: MEGA Link Manager and Patreon Updater.
What do they do?MEGA Link Manager helps you renew existing shared MEGA folder links and export a listing of your current links.
Patreon Updater checks your Patreon posts against that listing, identifies outdated MEGA links, and automates replacing them after you review the changes.
Together, they turn a lot of repetitive copying, checking, and editing into a much simpler process:
Export current links → Check your posts → Review changes → Update
Renewing shared links makes old links copied to other sites stop working, while Patreon Updater helps keep the links in your own posts current. This won’t prevent reuploads or people sharing the new links, but it makes casual piracy less convenient.
Want to try them?Both apps are FREE running on Windows without a separate Python installation. There’s a little initial setup: MEGA Link Manager needs MEGAcmd installed and signed in, while Patreon Updater needs your own Patreon API token (It stores the token in Windows Credential Manager).
