When you do, the creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by the suggestion spell for up to 10 minutes (no concentration required). The save DC for the spell is equal to the result of the Charisma (Persuasion) check, up to a maximum of 15. This property of the cape can't be used again until the next dawn.
