About This Title
Ya know, I used to not care for mustard on anything. Don’t get me wrong, if something with mustard was put in front of me with the intention of feeding me, I would eat it. Simply because the notion of refusing or requesting food was literally unfathomable to me. But were I constructing my own hot dog or other food device with condiments as an expected component, the mustard bottle would remain undisturbed.
However, now I’ve actually come around on mustard. I know I’ve heard it said that your tastes can change and “mature” as you get older. But I have to wonder if it’s actually just that I never really gave mustard a chance. Never truly lowered those flavor walls and let that sharp, pungent flavor into my heart, lest I be hurt again.
That being said, the Bex and Keit guy gave me some kinda fish-based mayo to try the other day, after really talking it up. And that shit was fucking gross. Full stop. Never gonna change my mind.
